1. Warranty Period
Under current legislation, all products sold by Purenzia benefit from a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity , starting from the date of delivery to the consumer.
2. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to manufacturing or conformity defects that appear during the legal period.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Important: In the case of LED masks, we recommend reading the instruction manual carefully and cleaning them correctly after each use.
4. How to activate the warranty

The choice between these options depends on the nature of the defect and the technical feasibility of each solution, in accordance with article 13 of DL no. 84/2021.
5. Associated costs

If the defect is confirmed as being covered by the warranty, there are no costs for the consumer (including transport).

If there is no defect or it is not covered by the warranty, the product will be returned and a diagnostic/transportation fee may be applied (to be communicated in advance).
6. Products with digital components (e.g. LED mask)
Under the terms of the law, we guarantee that any digital features integrated into our products (e.g. timers, light controls, etc.) will function correctly during the warranty period.
