2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to browsing the website www.purenzia.com and purchasing products through the online store, both for Portugal and abroad.

When placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Availability

Purenzia markets facial phototherapy devices with LED technology and cosmetics that enhance their effects.

All products presented on the website are subject to stock availability. In the event of a shortage, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Prices may change without prior notice, but the prices shown at the time of order confirmation are valid.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Multibanco Reference (in Portugal)

  • MB WAY

  • PayPal (where applicable)

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Submissions

Mainland Portugal:

  • Free shipping on orders over €50.

  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated deliveries within 5 business days.

Azores, Madeira and International:

  • Shipping costs apply according to destination and weight of the order.

  • Variable delivery times, indicated at checkout.

All deadlines are estimates and may be changed by external factors (carrier, customs, etc.).

6. Right to Free Termination

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 consecutive days , counting from the date of receipt of the product(s), without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us by email ( info@purenzia.com ), indicating your intention to return the product. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective product.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty for end consumers in Portugal and in accordance with applicable legislation in other countries.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, negligence or natural wear and tear.

8. Responsibility

Purenzia is not responsible for delays or breaches of contract resulting from force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural phenomena, transport failures).

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on www.purenzia.com (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of Purenzia or used with authorization, and is protected by copyright and industrial property rights.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Coimbra shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
